Antares ranks on the 2015 Inc. 500|5000 List

BATON ROUGE, LA – Antares Technology Solutions, a trusted software development and IT consulting firm, was recently named to the 2015 Inc. 500│5000 list of fastest growing business in the U.S. by Inc. Magazine.

Ramware, LLC, the holding company for Antares, ranked 364 on the 2015 Inc. 500 list, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list ranks each company based on revenue growth in a three-year period, and businesses must have at least $2 million in revenues to qualify; Ramware had a three-year sales growth of 1277 percent. There are 39 Louisiana companies on the list with 10 of those businesses being headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Antares Awarded Louisiana Clerks’ Contract for Statewide Portal

Antares Technology Solutions Selected to Create Cloud Based Portal including Services and Maintenance for Louisiana Clerks of Court Association.

Baton Rouge, LA – Antares Technology Solutions, a Baton Rouge based software development and information technology consulting company, announced today it has been awarded a contract for services to design, develop and maintain a cloud-based portal by the Louisiana Clerks’ Remote Access Authority (LCRAA). The Statewide Portal facilitates secure remote access by registered users to searchable copies of the official parish indices of land records for both mortgages and conveyances. Forty-five parishes have signed up to participate and will provide regular uploads of transaction data.

LCRAA’s Statewide Portal will provide public information on the availability of land records of participating clerks of court and will include hyperlinks to the desired clerks’ websites who are the custodians of the records identified through searches conducted via the Statewide Portal.

“Cloud-based portals are a powerful communication channel that has shifted the way governmental agencies conduct business,” said Ralph Melian, Antares president. “Being awarded this contract is an example of how our secure cloud-based services can positively affect the synergy between parishes and their users.”

The Louisiana Clerks of Court Association was created in order to provide efficient and effective representation of its 64 parish Clerks of Court members and other statewide Clerks. The role of the Clerk of Court in each parish is to maintain and preserve the official records of the parish including processing and recording all land records, UCC documents, civil and criminal court proceedings, marriage licenses and other miscellaneous legal documents. Alan Smith Joins Antares Leadership Team as CFO

Alan Smith will serve as Antares’ first CFO. His expertise will help sharpen Antares’ edge, as we expand our services into more competitive areas.Baton Rouge, LA – Antares Technology Solutions, a Baton Rouge based software development and information technology consulting company, recently welcomed Alan Smith as its first CFO. Smith will be based out of the Baton Rouge headquarters where he will help oversee and steer the company’s financial course.

Smith graduated from LSU with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and then later received his MBA from the University of New Orleans. In addition to his academic and professional qualifications as a CPA, Smith brings many years of experience as a CFO to local companies, including his most recent post, which was over an electronics company that also included software product sales.

Always looking for top talent, Antares is excited to welcome Smith aboard. CEO Ezra Hodge says that the addition of Smith’s experience comes at an opportune time for the growing company.

“As a Louisiana-based software company that is expanding into more competitive areas around the country, we need the experienced financial leadership that Al brings to our company in order to further sharpen our edge and continue to grow,” says Hodge.
