- Bonus Plan
In addition to your salary, you may also receive bonuses. Bonuses are
based on company profits and individual employee performance.
- Tuition Reimbursement Plan
Antares encourages continuing education. Full time employees who have completed
one year of continuous service with the company can take advantage of a generous tuition reimbursement plan.
- Certifications
Let Antares help you get your MCP, MCAD, MCSD, and/or MCDBA! We pay for the training materials and the
testing fee. Note: MCP is required after 6 months with the company.
- Health Insurance
We have a company group health plan through Coventry Health Care. Antares offers a choice of plans and premium payments.
Antares will either pay 100% of the company’s basic plan for the employee only, or 50% of the employee plus dependant
and/or spouse coverage. Pre-Tax dollars are deducted ½ on the 15th and ½ on the last day of the month. The employee can
also opt to buy up to a Point of Service plan at a competitive rate.
Discount Benefit Networks: As a member of Coventry Health Care of Louisiana you have access to United Networks of America
discount Preferred Provider Networks (P.P.N.) The benefits include discounts on Dental, Vision, Hearing,
Cosmetic Surgery, and nutritional supplements.
- Health Savings Account
In combination with our high deductible health insurance option, Antares offers a Health Savings Account. This
allows you to use pretax dollars to pay for certain medical expenses. Antares makes a contribution to this account.
- Life Insurance
A $25,000 Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) policy is given to employees. Antares pays the premiums in full.
- Dental and Vision
We have a company group Dental and Vision plan through Guardian. Antares covers the Employee’s premium in full.
The employee can opt to add their spouse and/or children at competitive rates. Pre-Tax dollars are deducted ½ on the
15th and ½ on the last day of the month.
- Optional Supplemental Insurance available through payroll deduction
Antares offers employee paid insurance plans through Colonial Life Insurance to supplement the insurance paid by the company.
Some of these policies are Short Term Disability, Long Term Care, Hospital Indemnity, and Cancer.
Note: Full time employees are eligible the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment for all insurance benefits.
- Savings Incentive Match Plan for Employees - Retirement Plan
This is a SIMPLE-IRA that establishes a retirement plan to help you save for retirement. It allows an annual company contribution
either as a matching contribution or as a nonelective contribution, for all eligible employees. You can voluntarily elect to
have part of your salary deposited, before taxes, to your individual SIMPLE-IRA.
- Vacation
10 days per year; 12 days after 2 years; 15 days after 5 years. Vacation time is accrued monthly so you start earning
days immediately and they roll over from year to year!
- Sick Leave
You earn 8 hours sick leave per month, maximum of 12 days. Sick leave is also accrued monthly

- PTO Days
Depending on your hire date, you are eligible for a maximum of 2 PTO days per year in addition to company holidays
and paid vacation days. If you are hired during the 1st Quarter of the year, you’ll receive 2 PTO days to use throughout
the year; if hired during the 2nd Quarter – 1.5 PTO days; 3rd Quarter – 1 PTO day; and if hired during the 4th Quarter of
your first year of service, you are eligible for ½ day of PTO time.
