Bonus Plan

In addition to your salary, you may also receive bonuses. Bonuses are based on company profits and individual employee performance.

Tuition Reimbursement Plan

Antares encourages continuing education. Full time employees who have completed one year of continuous service with the company can take advantage of a generous tuition reimbursement plan.

Certifications

Let Antares help you get certified! Microsoft and/or Java! We pay for the training materials and the testing fee.

Note: An approved certification is required after 1 year with the company.

Health Insurance

Antares has a company group health plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Antares offers a choice of plans and premium payments. Antares will either pay 100% of the company's basic plan for the employee only or 50% of the employee plus dependent and/or spouse coverage. Pre-Tax dollars are deducted ½ on the 15th and ½ on the last day of the month. The employee can also opt to buy up to a Point of Service plan at a competitive rate.

Health Savings Account

In combination with our high deductible health insurance option, Antares offers a Health Savings Account. This allows you to use pretax dollars to pay for certain medical expenses. 

Life Insurance

A $25,000 Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) policy is given to employees. Antares pays the premiums in full.

Dental and Vision

Antares has a company group Dental and Vision plan through Blue Cross and a Vision plan through VSP. Antares covers the Employee’s premium in full. The employee can opt to add their spouse and/or children at competitive rates. Pre-Tax dollars are deducted ½ on the 15th and ½ on the last day of the month.

Optional Supplemental Insurance available through payroll deduction

Antares offers employee paid insurance plans through Colonial Life Insurance to supplement the insurance paid by the company. Some of these policies are Short Term Disability, Long Term Care, Hospital Indemnity, and Cancer.

Note: Full time employees are eligible the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment for all insurance benefits.

Savings Incentive Match Plan for Employees - Retirement Plan

This is a SIMPLE-IRA that establishes a retirement plan to help you save for retirement. It allows an annual company contribution either as a matching contribution or as a non-elective contribution, for all eligible employees. You can voluntarily elect to have part of your salary deposited, before taxes, to your individual SIMPLE-IRA.

Note: Employees are eligible January 1st following their hire date.

Vacation

10 days per year; 12 days after 2 years; 15 days after 5 years; 20 days after 10 years. Vacation time is accrued monthly so you start earning days immediately and they roll over from year to year!

Sick Leave

You earn 8 hours sick leave per month, maximum of 12 days. Sick leave is also accrued monthly.

Note: Full time employees are eligible the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment for all sick and vacation accruals.

PTO Days

PTO days are awarded on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Depending on your eligibility date, you are eligible for a maximum of 2 PTO days per year in addition to company holidays and paid vacation days. 2 PTO days if the employee's eligibility date is during the 1st Quarter; 1.5 days if this date falls during the 2nd Quarter; 1 day if during the 3rd Quarter; and .5 if your eligibility date falls within the 4th Quarter.
