Senior QA Analyst
Antares Technology Solutions is looking for a Senior QA Analyst. At Antares we firmly believe our employees are our best asset and realize our success is a direct reflection of the people we hire. The job qualifications are:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a software QA/tester
• Design test strategies and test plans for projects. Work with project teams to obtain approval
• Develop detailed test cases and work with business analysts to understand solution requirements
• Create automated functional and performance test scripts
• Execute all functional and performance tests according to test plans and cases, document results, and quickly identify and assist in troubleshooting issues
• Work closely with project teams to provide testing timelines for test planning and execution
• Provide input to improve test team policies, procedures and offerings
• Deep understanding and experience in standard testing methodologies
• Strong interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Personal time management skills and ability to meet individual deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in analyzing requirements, functional specs, and technical specs
• Security validation
• Familiarity with SLDC and development models such as water fall and Agile
• Experience with defect tracking systems – none specifically
• Experience writing bug reports
• Experience working with end users/clients
• Experience with the user acceptance testing phase
• Capable of multi-tasking in fast paced environment
Additional Desired Skills ( A Definite Plus but not required)
• Knowledge of health care industry
