Antares assisted LHCQF in creating high level requirements for the ARRA Incentive Payment Assessment project. The scope of work addressed activities enabling the implementation of incentive payments to hospitals and other eligible professionals in the State of Louisiana, including the coordination of those incentive payments with the statewide HIE project, LaHIE.
